Use this mode to tighten the vaginal tissue and muscles to improve sexual activity. Apply a small amount of the Silk'n Intimate Gel to all the electrodes. Start with the low energy setting. Lie down and make yourself comfortable with the heat, from there you can press the control button again for a higher energy level.
